Swiss coffee paint – Many homeowners utilize the basement space to create more livable square meters in their homes games room, family room and office. A new layer roof color is one of the first steps remodeling, but the roof must be cleaned before painting.
Cleaning a basement ceiling before painting the Swiss coffee paint is a two-step process that includes basic cleaning and spot treatment for mildew stains. Mold found in a basement ceiling is usually not one of the more dangerous types. A coat of primer will work with the new color to keep mold from making its way into your walls, which are a major problem in the bathroom. But it does not solve the existing mold problems. Therefore, before repainting using Swiss coffee paint, scrub the walls with dilute bleach. Let the walls dry thoroughly before applying the primer and paint. Sweep the roof with a broom or dust mop to remove dust and cobwebs. You can also vacuum the ceiling if the ceiling clearance is a popcorn texture. Popcorn texture can be easily detached from the ceiling if you apply too much pressure. Mix 1/4 cup of dish washing detergent with a gallon of water in a bucket. Moisten a sponge in the cleaning solution and wipe the ceiling.
